Susan Murray, LCSW

Susan Murray  has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1993. She is trained in play therapy with children, as well as individual therapy with adults, family therapy, couples therapy and group therapy.  

Susan has worked  in the field of trauma: child abuse/domestic violence since 1980 and has worked at Children's Hospital Oakland as a therapist since 1996.  She founded The DOVES Project, a model pediatric program for children exposed to domestic violence. Susan has facilitated a parenting support and guidance group for eight years, and is comfortable with challenging situations and family dynamics.

Susan is a workshop trainer, consultant, supervisor and seasoned therapist. Ms. Murray maintains a private practice in the Claremont area of Oakland.
